Give us a list of your medications with exact strength and number taken daily.  Our registered nurses will survey various vendors and arrange for you to obtain your medications at the most economical price.   

Our current fee for this is the amount of your savings over the first six months, or $100, whichever is less.  (We recently helped a patient save $600 a year!)

Here are the ground rules:

• Even if we have prescribed your medications, please let our nurses read the labels from your existing bottles.
• Tell us how many you take daily, in case you have adjusted the dose since your last visit.
• Give us the current cost of each medication.
• Be sure we have any insurance billing information needed.
